RE: REVISED NOTICE OF MEETING - WEDNESDAY, MAY 24, 1989

A meeting of the Board of Governors has been scheduled for
Wednesday, May 24, 1989, commencing at 1:00 p.m. with lunch in
the Farragut/Lafayette Room located on the Independence Ballroom
Level 5-B and the meeting in Independence Rooms D & E on Level
5-B at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, 1000 H Street, N.W., Washington,
D.C. The meeting will last until about 4:00 p.m.
I hope you will make every effort to attend this important
meeting of the Board of Governors and that you will plan, also,
to attend as much of the General Membership Meeting, which begins
that day, as your schedule allows.
Please indicate in the space provided below whether or not
