A meeting of the Board of Governors has been scheduled
for Wednesday, May 24, 1989, commencing at 1:00 p.m. with lunch
in the Farragut/Lafayette Room located on the Independence
Ballroom Level 5-B and the meeting in Independence Rooms D & E
on Level 5-B at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, 1000 H Street, N.W.,
Washington, D.C. The meeting will last until about 4:00 p.m.
I hope you will make every effort to attend this impor-
tant meeting of the Board of Governors and that you will plan,
also, to attend as much of the General Membership Meeting, which
begins that day, as your schedule allows.
