RE: NOTICE OF STATE LIAISON COMMITTEE MEETING, APRIL 27, 1989

A meeting of the State Liaison Committee has been scheduled
for 12 noon on Thursday, April 27, 1989. This meeting will be
held in the Institute's Conference Room, 1600 M Street N.W.,
Washington, D.C. Lunch will be served at noon, followed by the
meeting.
Although this meeting was planned to coincide with NASAA's
spring meeting in Washington, we have been informed that NASAA's
Regulated Industries Coordination Committee, the committee that
deals with mutual fund issues, is not meeting this spring.
We look forward to seeing you on April 27. Please return
