RE: NOTICE OF MEETINGS, THURSDAY, APRIL 13, 1989

The Tax and Pension Committee meetings have been scheduled
for Thursday, April 13, 1989 at 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.,
respectively. The meetings will be held at the Vista
International Hotel, 1400 M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. A
joint luncheon will be served immediately following the Tax
Committee meeting. Committee members are invited to attend both
meetings that day.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Vista Hotel.
Please call (202) 429-1700 if you wish to make a reservation, as
soon as possible. The cut-off date for the preferred room rate
is Tuesday, March 28, 1989.
Please remember that the space at the meetings is limited
to members of the committees, or their alternates. To assist us
in obtaining an accurate registration of attendees, please
indicate in the space provided below if you or an alternate plan
to attend the meetings, and luncheon.
