RE: NOTICE OF SEC RULES COMMITTEE MEETING, APRIL 12, 1989

A meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for
10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 12, 1989. This meeting will be
held at the Vista International Hotel located at 1400 M Street,
N.W., Washington, D.C. A joint lunch will be served for both the
SEC Rules and Investment Adviser Committees following the
meeting.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Vista Hotel.
Please call (202)429-1700 if you wish to make a reservation, as
soon as possible. The cutoff date for reservations is March 28,
1989.
The Investment Adviser Committee will also be meeting on
Wednesday, April 12, 1989 at the Vista. If you wish to attend
this meeting as a guest, please so indicate below.
