Conference Room of the Institute's offices at 1600 M Street,
N.W., Washington, D.C. Lunch will be served at the Institute
following the meeting.

to members of the committee, or their alternates. It is
important to the Institute that you indicate whether you or an
alternate plans to attend and especially whether or not you plan
