RE: MEETING AGENDA - NOVEMBER 4, 1998

The next meeting of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee will take place on Wednesday,
November 4 at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers in Chicago, IL. The hotel is located at 301 East
North Water Street. The meeting will be held in the Chicago Ballroom.
The meeting will run from 1 pm to 5 pm. A buffet luncheon will be served between 12:30 pm -
1:30 pm. Attire for the meeting is business casual.
Attached is the proposed agenda for the meeting and a list of attendees.
Committee Dinner
We will hold a committee dinner on November 4 at the Palm Restaurant. The restaurant is
located at 323 East Wacker Drive. The dinner will begin at 7 pm. Business casual attire.
