RE: DTC'S TRUST NETWORKING AGREEMENT

Enclosed is a draft Trust Networking Agreement developed by DTC. DTC has modified the
model Trust Networking Agreement developed by the Bank and Trust Advisory Committee (“BTAC”)
to enable DTC to execute one agreement with each fund company on behalf of all of DTC’s bank and
trust participants.
Please have the appropriate individuals in your organization review the draft agreement. Provide any
comments by October 31, 1998 to:
