RE: NOTICE OF TWO-DAY MEETING - CHANGE IN DATES
NEW DATES: APRIL 27 & 28, 1989

This is to advise you that the two-day meeting of the
Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee for April has been changed to
Thursday, April 27 and Friday, April 28, 1989 (Previous dates
were April 25 & 26.). Please note that the dates have been
changed since our last memo to you. The Thursday (April 27) and
Friday (April 28) sessions will be held in the Torrance Room on
the Fourth Floor of the San Diego Marriott Hotel which is located
at 333 West Harbor Drive, San Diego, California 92101-7709.
Continental breakfast and lunch will be served on both days.
Please do not invite outside vendors to this two-day meeting. It
is open to committee members, NSCC and DTC only.
For your convenience, we have booked sleeping rooms at the
San Diego Marriott at the rates of $125.00 single and $145.00
double. The rates apply for the nights of April 26, 27, 28 and
29 should you wish to bring your family and extend your stay. An
extra $20.00 fee applies for each child staying in your room. To
make hotel reservations, please call the San Diego Marriott at
619/234-1500 no later than Monday, March 27, 1989 and tell them
you want a room in the Investment Company Institute block .
We would like to invite you and your spouse to join us for
a cocktail reception and dinner on Thursday, April 27, 1989.
Since this function is still in the planning stage, we are unable
at this time to give you the particulars (restaurant, exact time,
etc.). Each reception/dinner attendee will be billed later for
their share of the total bill for this function.
In order that we know exactly who will be attending this
meeting and dinner, we ask that you complete the attached blue
form and return it to Rita Pemberton at the Institute by March
27, 1989. Or, if you prefer, please call Rita at 202/955-3551 by
March 27.
An agenda for the two-day session is attached.
A separate mailing will follow shortly giving the times for
this two-day session as well as more detailed information about
the dinner.
