The Pension Committee meeting that was originally scheduled for Tuesday, October 6,
1998 at 1:30 p.m. at the Investment Company Institute has been rescheduled for Thursday,
October 22, 1998 at 10:00 a.m. in Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held in the David
Silver Conference Room of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., 12th Floor,
Washington, D.C. A lunch will be served immediately following the meeting.
Please remember that space at the meeting is limited to members of the committee, or
their alternates. To assist us in obtaining an accurate registration of attendees, please indicate
on the attached form if you or an alternate plan to attend the meeting and lunch.
