SVOC Private Credit/Alternatives Working Group
The Security Valuation Private Credit and Alternative Working Group provides support and education to members for initiatives related to valuation of private credit and alternative securities. It works to educate members and improve operations around these security types.
Key Areas of Interest
- Private Credit and Alternative Security Valuations including complying with regulations under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and ASC 820/ASC 946.
- Operational matters related to security valuation and pricing vendors and due diligence for the security types listed above.
Working Group Meetings
The SVOC Private Credit/Alternatives Working Group holds virtual meetings on an ad-hoc basis.
Membership Information
Each member firm may have up to 3 representatives on the SVOC Private Credit/Alternatives Working Group. Nonmembers may participate on the working group at the staff coordinator’s discretion.
