The Crypto Working Group is being formed to respond to the SEC’s request for comment on crypto and to discuss any impact regulatory actions may have on members now and in the future.
Working Group Meetings
The Crypto Working Group will hold meetings or conference calls as needed.
Membership Information
There are no limitations on the number of representatives from a member firm that can participate on the Crypto Working Group.
Nonmembers may participate on the working group at the staff liaison’s request.
