Paul Stevens Says ICI Ready for 2011

As reflected in ICI's 2010 Annual Report to Members, ICI faced significant challenges in 2010, including the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, Jones v. Harris, and market structure issues as highlighted by the May 6 "flash crash." In this video, ICI's President and CEO Paul Schott Stevens says that ICI is ready to meet the challenges of 2011—including the rulemakings, studies, and reports ordered by Dodd-Frank, and changes to Rule 12b-1—with the help of ICI's member firms.
