Please join ICI as we revisit the topic of funds’ current proxy campaign challenges. ICI will moderate a panel of senior leaders from four respected firms whose primary business is providing proxy servicing to clients. Our discussion will focus on fund issuer campaigns for both open- and closed-end funds. While each panelist brings a unique perspective based on their market segment and campaign experience, all will share their insights in servicing today’s campaigns, how their organizations are meeting the current challenges, and which regulatory reforms could prove most responsive to those challenges.
