On November 30, 2023, the Investment Company Institute (ICI) and ICI Southwest submitted a joint comment letter to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on its proposal to require registered investment advisers, registered investment companies, and business development companies to provide additional disclosure regarding their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investment practices.
