The Investment Company Institute submitted its views on the European Securities and Markets Authority’s consultations regarding draft regulatory technical standards and guidelines on liquidity management tools, which have been proposed as part of the amendments to the Alternative Investment Fund Management Directive and Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferrable Securities Directive.
