The Investment Company Institute submitted a letter to the Treasury Department and Internal Revenue Service providing views on Notice 2024-65 as they work to draft rules and processes to support and administer Saver’s Match contributions pursuant to sections 103 and 104 of the SECURE 2.0 Act.
