RE: MEETINGS OCTOBER 23 & 24, 1996

The next meeting of the ICI Broker Dealer Advisory Committee and its NSCC
Enhancements Sub-Committee will take place following the ICIs 1996 Operations Conference,
which is scheduled to run from Sunday, October 20 to Wednesday, October 23, 1996. The ICI
Operations Conference is scheduled to conclude on Wednesday, October 23, 1996 at 12:00 noon.
As a result, we will follow the following schedule with respect to committee activity:
NSCC Enhancements Sub-Committee Wednesday, 10/23/96 1:00pm - 5:00pm
Group Dinner Wednesday, 10/23/96 7:30pm
Broker Dealer Advisory Committee Thursday, 10/24/96 8:00am - 3:30pm
The meetings will take place at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, in Lake Buena
Vista, Florida, and rooms can be reserved at the ICI Operations Conference rate of $175 per
night. As details become available regarding restaurant and meeting rooms they will be
communicated to you. Please make your arrangements now, as registration for the Conference
has begun.
