RE: MEETING NOTICE

The next meeting of the ICI Broker Dealer Advisory Committee will take place at the
ICIs offices in Washington on Wednesday, May 22, 1996 and Thursday, May 23, 1996. The
schedule will be as follows:
Wed., 5/22, 1:00pm - 5:00pm Enhancements Committee Meeting (ICIM Conf. Room - 11th Fl.)
Thurs., 5/23, 8:30am - 3:30pm Full BDAC Meeting (Silver Conf. Room - 12th Fl.)
For those needing to stay overnight on either Tuesday, 5/21 or Wednesday, 5/22, a
block of rooms is available at the JW Marriott, 1331 Pennsylvania Ave, NW (202) 393-2000. The
room rate is $175 per night, and the block is reserved under the heading "Investment Company
Institute/Broker Dealer Advisory Committee."
Please fill out the attached fax-back form and fax it to Natalie Lacireno-Paquet (202/326-
5853) as soon as possible to inform me whether or not you will be attending these meeting(s).
Also, please feel free to provide any agenda items you would wish to have considered at the
meeting. (As a space availability note, the ICIM Conference Room seats only about 20
comfortably, thus we would ask that only members of the Enhancements Committee attend the
Enhancements Committee Meeting.)
