RE: SUMMARY OF 11/27 BDAC MEETING

Attached you will find a summary of the Broker Dealer Advisory Committee Meeting that took
place Monday, November 27, 1995 in San Francisco, CA. If you have any questions or comments
regarding this summary, please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned at 202/326-5848.
As regards the next meeting of the BDAC, it will take place the afternoon of Wednesday,
February 7th and all day Thursday, February 8th at the Merrill Lynch facility in Jacksonville, FL. The
Enhancements Committee meeting will begin at 1:00pm on Wednesday, 2/7/96, and will run through
approximately 5:30pm. The dinner for the full BDAC will take place the evening of Wednesday,
2/7/96. Then, on Thursday, 2/8/96, the full BDAC meeting will take place from 8:00am through
3:00pm.
