RE: OCTOBER 12, 1995 MEETING AGENDA

Attached is the agenda for the Transfer Agent Advisory Committee meeting to be held on
October 12, 1995. From 8:45 am to 9:30 am, the Committee will conduct a Breakfast "Shop Talk"
Session in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th floor. The Committee meeting will begin at
9:30 am, lunch will be served, and the meeting is expected to continue until approximately 3:00 pm.
If you have not already done so, please contact Natalie Lacireno-Pacquet at 202/326-5852 and
let her know whether or not you will be attending the meeting.
The breakfast session is intended to be an open forum for Committee members to discuss any
issues about which they would like to share or receive information from other Committee members on
operational or procedural matters. Suggested topics for this meetings Shop Talk includes:
Optical Storage Technology
NSCC - Use of settling and executing broker IDs. Are firms using cross references?
Transfer processing - customer service vs. requirements
Prohibition of multiple beneficiaries on transfer on death registrations
Please feel free to bring your issues and topics to the breakfast session which will be held from
8:45 am to 9:30 am.
