RE: APRIL 25 MEETING TO DISCUSS SPOUSAL CONSENT REQUIREMENTS

As we previously advised, the Internal Revenue Service has
requested comments concerning spousal consent forms in Notice
94-23, a copy of which is attached. The Institute has scheduled
a meeting to discuss the industry's response on Monday, April 25
at 10:00 a.m. in the David Silver Conference Room at the
Institute's offices at 1401 H Street, N.W. in Washington.
