RE: ADVISER/DISTRIBUTOR TAX MEETING SCHEDULED FOR FEBRUARY 4TH
A meeting of the Task Force on Adviser/Distributor Tax Issues will be held on
Wednesday, February 4th, from 10:00 to 12:00, in the Institute’s David Silver Conference Room,
on the 12th floor of our offices at 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20005. Lunch will be
available following the meeting.
Discussion items for the meeting will include: transfer pricing regulations for services;
state tax issues; and tax shelter reporting regulations. Suggestions for additional agenda items
